TeamChristine will:

1. Price your home competitively… to open the market vs. narrowing the market.

2. Suggest and advise you as to any changes that you may want to make in your property to make it more saleable. We will provide a professional Home Stager to meet with you at your home.

3. Develop the marketing that, because of the Broker’s agreement of Reciprocity, will blanket the internet. Your home will be available to be seen on over 27 real estate web sites.

4. Introduce and promote your home to team Christine's residential Sales Consultants.

5. Talk to potential buyers every day. Team Christine's consultants prospect one hour per day and consistently speak with buyers actively looking to purchase a home in our market place.

6. Submit your home to both Multiple Listing Services; The Georgia Multiple Listing Service (GMLS) and the First Multiple Listing Service (FMLS).

7.  Place a professional sign and lock-box will provide additional exposure and attract “drive-by buyers.” 

8. Do everything possible to allow only Pre-Qualified Buyers to enter your home.

9. Provide a wide-range of financing opportunities to potential buyers.

10. Follow-up with the salespeople who have shown your home and request feedback; both positive and negative will be shared with you.

11. Provide you with current and changing market conditions throughout the Listing Period.

12.  Assist you in arranging interim financing… if necessary.

13. Represent you in all negotiations… to assure that we are negotiating the best possible price and terms.

14. Coordinate and manage all Cooping agent, loan progress, and attorney communication once we have an accepted agreement.
